Vintage Soda Fountain Dispenser Brass Porcelain Cherry Diner

Vintage soda fountain dispenser that is made of brass and the tank is full porcelain the brass handle is stamped cherry. There are no other makers marks I acquired this from an estate auction from a gentleman that collected items all across the northeast coast.
The porcelain tank does have a 1" chip on rim and a shallow chip on edge of top exposed porcelain tank see my last 2 photos where i point at them. Tank is 12" long 5.25" wide 7.5" tall not including pump.
I have not tested the pump with any sort of liquid but when you raise a lower the handle to the plunger mechanism does go up-and-down as it should.
