    Description

    Used, tested and seems to work properly. Accepts bills.  I do not refurbish these and I do not clean them, all I do is test them with my 0 MDB tester to make sure they count bills correctly.  At least I'm honest about that.  I find it funny that most sellers on ebay sell these as "refurbished" or seller "refurbished" but dont even test them for function!.
