Up for bids is this Nikon MR-3 shutter release which screws into a 3 pin remote terminal on a motor drive, such as the MD-1 or MD-2 drives for the Nikon F2 - it would also work with others that have the 3 pin terminal, such as the MD-11, MD-12 and MD-15.
It converts the terminal into a convenient auxiliary motor/shutter release button, providing the ability to adopt a greater variety of shooting positions such as shooting verticals with the drive in place. The button is also threaded to enable operation with a threaded cable release
The shutter release is in excellent condition with light wear.
