    Description

This coin was issued under Sultan Ghiyath al din
    Mohammed Shah III
    ibn Tughluq
    (AH 725-752,
    1325-1351
    AD),
    Tughluqs
    Dynasty,
    Delhi Sultans, India.
    Tughluq
    Dynasty
    was  a Muslim dynasty of
    Turkic origin
, which ruled over the Delhi Sultanate.
    Sultan Ghiyath al din
    Mohammed Shah III
    ibn Tughluq was
    the eldest son
of the Ghiyath al din Tughluq,
    the founder
of the dynasty.   He has been described as
    an "eccentric"
with bizarre character by the accounts of visitor during
his rule.  He is also known for
    wild policy swings
    .  He decided to
    transfer his capita
l from Delhi to Devagiri, which are
    600 miles apart
, then ordered the people to
    move back to Delhi
    .
    In 1330
, after his failed expedition to Devagiri, he issued
    token currency
, that is coins of brass and copper were minted
whose value was equal to that of gold and silver coins.
    The value of coins decreased
    .
    This disrupted trade and commerce.
    Ibn Battuta
, the famous traveler and jurist from Morocco, was a guest at his court, and wrote about his suzerainty in his book.
    During
    Muhammad Shah III
ibn Tughluq's rule, Delhi Sultanate temporarily
    expanded to most of the
    Indian
    subcontinent
, its peak in terms of geographical reach.  His distant campaigns were expensive , although each
raid and attack on non-Muslim kingdoms brought new looted wealth and ransom payments from captured people.
    The extended empire was
    difficult to retain
    , and
    rebellions
    all over Indian subcontinent
    became routine
    .

The Japan Post Authority has stipulated that the current handling of international mail to some nations,
all of the air-mail can not be treated as registered mail.
The handling is due to the paralysis of the international postal system.
