    Sociedad Minera and benefited from Santiago and Associated Incorporated.
    Composed by Emilio Aillaud, Melchor Eyssatier, Luciano Plaisant and Nicolas, was organized to exploit the mining property Santiago, in addition to acquiring and operating other mines and farms for profit, make all kinds of contracts, business and operations suitable for the purpose of society
    for a period of twenty years.
    On March 2, 1897, the President of the Republic issued in favor of said "Negotiating Mining and Santiago and Associated Beneficiadora" the title of ownership of the mine "Trianon" with an area of 24 hectares and an excess of two
    acres and sixteen areas.
    A year later the company's shareholders decided to sell the mine for being away from the rest of his property for this purpose, appointed Mr. Joseph Walsh, this operation was carried out with the mining company "American Mining Company", represented by
    Mr Mathew Joseph Walsh, who delivered to the members of the board of the company $ 10 000.00 to a notary public.
    The seller undertakes to deliver the property to entry and exit, customs, habits and bondage and more for him and belongs in fact and in law, and whose property would check with the witness that this script is shipped with the title.

Constituida por Emilio Aillaud, Melchor Eyssatier, Luciano Plaisant y Nicolás, se organizó para explotar el fundo minero Santiago, además de adquirir y explotar otras minas y haciendas de beneficio, hacer toda clase de contratos, negocios y operaciones convenientes a los fines de la sociedad por un plazo de veinte años.
    El 2 de marzo de 1897, el Presidente de la República expidió en favor de la expresada
    "Negociación Minera y Beneficiadora de Santiago y Anexas"
    el título de la propiedad de la mina "Trianón" con una superficie de 24 hectáreas y una demasía de dos hectáreas y dieciseis áreas más. Un año más tarde los accionistas de dicha empresa decidieron vender la mina por estar alejada del resto de su propiedad; para tal efecto, se nombró al señor Joseph Walsh; esta operación se efectuó con la compañía minera "American Mining Company", representada por el señor Mathew Joseph Walsh, quien entregó a los miembros de la junta de la compañía 000.00 ante el notario público. Los vendedores se comprometieron a entregar la propiedad con entradas y salidas, usos, costumbres y servidumbre y cuanto más le corresponda y pertenezca de hecho y de derecho, y cuya propiedad comprobará con el testimonio que de esta escritura se expida con el título.
