10 Liter Capacity Bowl - Clear, food grade, unbreakable polycarbonate bowl, which easily pulls off for cleaning operation. Includes liter stickers for exact beverage preparation.
Mixing System "M" Model - Paddle system stirring with delrin paddles avoids frothing and beverage oxidation. Good for heavy density drinks and beverages that contain pulp.
Dispensing Tap - Two pieces, no drip, stainless steel tap.
Temperature Control - Adjustable thermostatic system.
